Elizabeth Mereniuk

Liz Mereniuk of Cereal, Alberta was born in Manchester England on May 2, 1937. Liz passed away at the age of 82 on Monday, November 18 2019 in the ICU at the Medicine Hat Hospital in Medicine Hat, Alberta. She passed away very peacefully with her common-law husband, Raymond Antoine, by her side and sister-in-law, Florence Antoine. Liz couldn't wait until spring and summer to get out in the yard to enjoy planting her flowers and garden. If you couldn't find Ray, they would be both in the garden. Liz had other pastimes sch as Waze, crocheting knitting, and her two other loved ones aside from Raymond, their cat "Mi Mi" and their dog "Boss". Liz loved her pets. Special thank you to the Oyen Hospital for the time she was there. She had one special nurse, Joan, that was special to Liz. Joan looked after Liz very well and she would shower Liz and fix her hair for her. When ever she needed something she would call for Joan. Thank you Joan; you were a special person to her and now she resting in peace with no more pain. On May 2, 2020 there will be a Celebration of Life in Cereal, Alberta at 1:00 pm.
