Blaine went to be with the Lord suddenly and peacefully at the Chinook Care Center on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the age of 72 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Rena Meehan; two sisters, Sharon and Marion; Rena's children, Chris and Chris, Carmen, Dee, Darlene and their families.
Blaine was born in Edmonton, but spent most of his life in Calgary. Blaine had a passion for Israel and he and Rena undertook several missionary trips to the Holy land. He loved God and was never afraid to share the gospel.
A Memorial Service will be held at Rocky Mountain Calvary Chapel, 8241 – 31 Street SE, Calgary, AB on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 1:00 pm.
