Russ McRae, longtime resident of Didsbury, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at the age of 64 years. Russ is lovingly remembered by his family: wife, Urs, of 40 years; children, Ed (Kim), Melissa, James (Trish) and Opa’s one and only granddaughter, Kyah; parents, Murray and Agatha McRae; 1 brother, 3 sisters and their families as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends. Prayers will be held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Didsbury on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 7:00 pm. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Stephens Catholic Church in Olds on Friday, May 24, 2013 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Didsbury Palliative Home Care.
