McKELVEY, Roger Nelson

Roger McKelvey passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the Foothills Country Hospice, Okotoks, AB in his 75th year following a brief illness. Son of the late Nelson McKelvey and the late Lillian McKelvey of Magog, Quebec. Lovingly remembered by his wife of 36 years, Margaret; sisters; brothers-in-law; nieces and nephews. Roger was predeceased by his sister, Judith Ann.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Gerard’s Catholic Church, 8944 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, AB on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 11:00 am with a Reception to follow. Special thanks to the Tom Baker Cancer Centre/Unit 47 and the Foothills Country Hospice for their compassion and exceptional care provided to Roger.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Roger’s memory to Foothills Country Hospice, Box 274, Okotoks, AB, T1S 1A5.
