Coby passed away peacefully with her family at her side at the Southwood Hospice. Coby will always be remembered by her family, children Karla (Rick), Wes (Linda), Rob (Oline), Steve (Sue) and Wilma; her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 3 at 2:00 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion (#275) located at 755 - 40 Street SE Calgary. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, (the Pat McFarlane Research Foundation) 200, 325 Manning Rd. NE, Calgary, AB.

God Bless Coby McFarlane (or as I use to call her, "granny", and she use to call me "brat" , then we'd laugh together). I truly am sorry to hear of her passing. I shall always remember her for her wonderful fun spirit. Like the time she and I went to Heritage Park and snuck out the back way, by climbing around the rocky side by the water. She couldn't stop laughing about it. Then she said to my father (Wes),later that day, that we had found a free way into the park. My heart is sad to know of her passing, and Everyone of the family are in my Thoughts. May God Bless my dear Granny, and God bless you all.
