Maureen Stella Meier

Maureen Stella Meier

August 31, 1960 - May 20, 2025

Maureen passed away peacefully at the young age of 64. She was predeceased by her first son Daniel, her father Tony Runge and mother Kay Runge. She will be extremely missed by her loving and devoted husband, Randy and their dog Sienna, who were the light of her life. Her daughter, Jamie and son, Dustin (Shauna) along with her five beautiful grandchildren Jaden, Logan, Halle, Pierce and Porter and her sisters, Joanne (Raymond), Karen (Bud) and Adelle (Joe) along with her numerous amazing friends, are also left to mourn the loss.

Maureen enjoyed playing pickle ball with her husband Randy at the lake. This amazing woman could also be found cooking delicious meals for everyone or golfing at the Eddie, something she enjoyed immensely! Maureen was special to everyone that knew her and we are deeply saddened by our loss.

A private Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.

Our deepest condolences Randy,  to you and your family.  Trev & I have many good memories of camping at Rowan's with you & Maureen.  I can still remember the little camper you started out with, and how Maureen had it packed and organized with everything under the sun.    We shared many laughs and a few cold ones around the camp fires and on the twofer adventures.  I hope you find comfort by surrounding yourself with your children and your grandkids to help you during this very sad time.    ~ Melanie & Trevor

Maureen and I were pals in Montmartre, way back in the '70s, and her loss leaves me gutted. She was fearless, knew her mind, and squeezed the joy out of living. May she rest in peace, and may her family and other friends find comfort and solace in their many memories. ~ Karen Booth and Stephen Guest

Our Condolences to you and your family Randy. We are so saddened to hear about Maureen passing  she was a wonderful person.  May you find peace in the memories you shared with her  ~ Rick & Susan Sibbald
