It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Bruce Richard Marshall. He will be deeply missed by his son Damon and fiancé Breanne, parents; John & Fran Marshall of Castlegar, BC., brother Len Marshall (Kim), niece Ashley and great niece and nephew, Riley and Jayden.

He was predeceased by his long time girlfriend Lori Knight. Bruce will be forever missed and always in our hearts. I will always love you dad. A Celebration of Life will be held, on Friday, December 9th, 2016 @1:00 pm at the Strathmore Canadian Legion, 230 – 2 Ave. Strathmore, Alberta.

We really liked having Bruce and Lori as neighbours, its saddening losing both of them so quickly. Bruce was always willing to stop over and share a few jokes while out walking the dog. He was a nice guy and will truly be missed.

I grew up in Kinnaird (South Castlegar) not far from where Bruce also grew up. We also went to the same schools. He had a unique, yet a little odd, sense of humour that always had us laughing. I only saw him a couple times in the past 20 years and wish I had seen him more. We send our love and condolences from all his schoolmates and friends in Castlegar.
