With deep sadness and love, we announce the passing of Maria Teresa Tuazon, who departed this life peacefully on July 3, 2025, in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, at the age of 59.
Born on September 1, 1965, in the Philippines, Tess as everyone knows her brought light, kindness, and quiet strength into every life she touched. She later made Canada her home, where she built a life grounded in love, compassion, and strong family ties.
Tess is survived by her devoted husband, Richard Flello, and her beloved sisters: Venus Matuguina, Jennifer Laxamana, and Vanessa Padua. She is also lovingly remembered by her dear Aunt Eva Salazar, along with extended family and close friends whose lives were enriched by her presence.
Tess was known for her grace, warmth, and deep generosity of spirit. She lived with heart and humility, always putting others before herself. Her memory will be cherished, and her legacy of kindness will live on in those she leaves behind.
A memorial service to honor and celebrate Tess’s life will be held at a later date. Details will be shared with family and friends.
She will forever remain in our hearts.
