Madeleine Cecile Noble (nee Lauener) 

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Madeleine on May 1, 2026.  Predeceased by her husband Ken, daughter Janice and infant son Brian. 

She is survived by her sons Bruce (Tracey), David (Jessica)  and by her grandchildren, William (Ceilidh), Trevor (Kat), Alanna, and great granddaughter Claire.  

Everyone that knew Mom knew that her heart was always at “The Lake”.  Our families had many years of wonderful memories together at Christina Lake, where she prided herself on teaching all the grandchildren how to swim.  And it was only recently that she talked about  how much she wanted to do that for Claire.  

Mom always had such a spark for life and one of her favourite expressions over the past 10-15 years was “Oh sure I’m game for anything”

She was always loved and will be sadly missed.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
