George Ronald Lunt of Crossfield, AB passed away in his home on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the age of 82 years. George was born to the late George and Grace Lunt on January 30, 1933 in Vancouver, BC. He married the late Suzanne Lunt on December 31, 1970.

George is lovingly remembered by his 8 children; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He will be dearly missed. A Come and Go Celebration of George’s Life will be held at the Crossfield Community Hall, Crossfield, AB on Friday, May 1, 2015 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in George’s memory to the Veteran’s Poppy Fund, #1. 4539 – 6 Street NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 3Z6.

We have very fond memories of your father. He and my dad were realy close friends and played pool a lot. Dad (Leonard) thought very highly of George and they had many good visits together. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you, he was a great guy!
