Franklin "Doug" Livermore

LIVERMORE, Doug

We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of Franklin Douglas (Doug) Livermore, on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at the age of 67. Doug is survived by the love of his life, Cathy; his children, Rob (Giselle), Sam (Amber), Sara (Jeff), Katie, Keltie (Jesse), and Connie; his grandchildren, Kasey, Kayden and Harrison; his sister, Linda (Stan) Corbett (Barrhead, AB); his brother, Dennis (Linda) Livermore (Edmonton, AB); and many cousins, nieces and nephews.  He is predeceased by his parents, Franklin and Kay Livermore. Doug, as he was known, was a devoted father to his six children and enjoyed a multitude of sports and activities. He had a love and passion for the game of golf. This passion for the links further extended to his home life with his "Golf Course Manicured" lawns and property. He spent endless enjoyable hours “putsing” around and tending to the garden – his happy place.

We will be holding a Celebration of Life for Doug on Saturday, July 9, 2016 from 1:00 – 4:00pm.  The family asks that if you have any photos, favorite memories, or messages you would like to share and/or display, please bring them, as there will be a "Memory Lane" to share with our honored guests.  For location and more information please email douglscelebration@gmail.com.  He is, and will forever be, greatly appreciated and sadly missed.
