Linda Miller (McMurray) May 25, 1948 – June 16, 2025
Linda Miller, née McMurray, will forever be remembered by all who knew and loved her. Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Linda’s life was marked by her warmth, generosity, and loving commitment to family.
It was in Vancouver that Linda met the love of her life, Wayne. Together, they embarked on a journey of love and partnership, building a foundation that nurtured and guided their family. After marrying in 1968, the couple moved to North Delta, where they raised their family. They later embraced retirement in Abbotsford—where Linda continued to cherish her independence as well as the close bonds she had fostered with so many over the years.
Linda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wayne Miller, who passed away in March 2012, as well as her parents, Thomas and Isabella McMurray. She is survived by her devoted children—Lisa and her husband Chris, Darrell and his wife Trish, Laura and her husband Phil—who carry forward her legacy of love and resilience. Her nurturing spirit also lives on through her grandchildren: Brady (Breanne), Katie, Cameron, Samantha, Taylor, Brooke, Hunter, and Callie, and her great-grandchild, Easton, each of whom held a special place in her heart and always brought a smile to her face.
Known for her generosity, independence, and constant devotion to family, Linda left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her kindness, perseverance, and giving spirit continue to inspire and comfort those she leaves behind. Linda’s enduring legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
In honour of Linda’s wishes there will be no service at this time.
