Ricca Alice Lencucha

The family of Ricca Alice Lencucha of Calgary,AB announces her passing at the Southwood Hospice in Calgary on June 4th , 2012 at the age of 91. Ricca was born in Hillcrest, AB, on July 17th, 1920. She was predeceased by her loving husband Joseph Lencucha on November 8th, 1979, 2 daughter in laws Avra and Sherri and 2 granddaughters. Ricca lived a very active and independent life as her eleven children can testify. She will be fondly missed by all….Mike (Miriam), Mary Ann (Terry Cennon), Joe (Joyce), Paul, Anita (Larry Annand), Cecilia, Margaret (Dave Bolduc), Theresa (Paul Belter), Helen (Dave McKinnon), Pat (Karen), and Rita (Gerry Bulmer). Mom was so proud of her 20 Grandchildren and 6 Great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Molly Morency, brother Tony (Janice) Fumagalli, brother in law Wilfred Lencucha and their families. A Memorial Mass to Celebrate mom’s life will be held at St. Gerard’s Catholic Church, 8944 Elbow Dr. SW, Calgary, AB on Friday, June 8, 2012 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, 710 , 10123 – 99th Street, Edmonton, AB T5J 3H1 or the charity of choice.
