The family of Karen M. Leischner (nee Doerksen) sadly announce her peaceful passing at Red Deer Hospital on Saturday, January 23, 2021 following a lengthy battle with a chronic illness. We will miss her greatly.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Tammy; her son, Jason (Alanna); granddaughters, Alyssa, Krista; and the father of her children, Douglas Leischner. She leaves to mourn her siblings, their spouses and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Martha Doerksen.

Hi there Family of Karen. I had the privilege and challenge of assisting Karen with Chiropractic care over the years since 2006 with " mixed" results. However, I did see many glimpses of a warm, caring mother who adored her family and tried so very hard every day to get better for your sakes. I wish you God's peace and comfort at this time.
