Vera Elaine Kubbernus

Vera Elaine Kubbernus (nee Felzien) passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 21st, 2018 at the Bethany Care Centre in Airdrie with her family by her side.

Vera will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Vern; children, Kim (Joanne), Robert (Becky), and John (Sherrie); grandchildren, Chris, Keenan, Talia, Jackson, Mason, Emerson, Aiva, Anderson and Dustin; siblings, Irvin and Ernest; many nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.

A Celebration of of Vera’s Life will be held at the Grace Baptist Church, 1009 East Lake Blvd., Airdrie, AB on Thursday, April 26th, 2018 at 2:30 PM. A private family Graveside Service will be held prior to the Church Service. In lieu of flowers donations in Vera’s memory can be graciously given to the Baptist Church, Children’s Park Project, 1009 East Lake Blvd. Airdrie, AB T4R 1R3 as Vera loved her grandchildren and so many that had the opportunity to be in Vera’s life.

 The family would like to give special thanks to Joanne Kubbernus, Sherrie Kubbernus, Pastor Mike, and the Caring Staff at the Bethany.
