It is with sadness that we announce the passing of a husband, father, brother, uncle and good friend on Sunday, December 5, 2021 after a lengthy battle with Parkinson’s Plus.

Orest is lovingly remembered by his wife of 53 years, Susan; his son, Daniel; daughter, Bobbi-Jo; grandson, Dalon; four sisters and one brother, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Paul & Barbara; son, Dale; as well as two sister and four brothers.

As per Orest’s request, there will be no Funeral Service held. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Spring.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Orest’s memory can be made to a charity of one’s choice.

Sue and Family, I am so sorry for my late response but I only found out about Orest's passing two days ago. Please accept my deepest condolences at this very sad time. Orest was such a great man he always had a little glint in his eyes like he was up to no good. I never once saw him in a bad mood, he always had a smile on his face and always made everyone around him smile. I have so many memories of our dancing together and the dance group and performances and the laughs we would have laying on the dance floor laughing so hard when trying to learn a new dance, (Orest never got that crazy he just laughed at the rest of us crazies) and all the fun times we all shared and those are memories I will forever cherish.
