Mary Koshman

Mary Koshman, late of Regina, SK passed away peacefully on Monday, January 8, 2018 at the age of 97 years. She was predeceased by husband George; parents John and Mary Anaka; infant daughter Iris; daughter Judy Rumpel; two sisters; four brothers; great-granddaughter MiKara; great-grandson Gabriel. Mary is survived by her children Gordon (Lil) Koshman, Sharon (Norman) Wilde, Gladys (Keith) Hill, Fritz (Sherrie) Koshman, Theresa (Gary) Schaffer. Son-in-law Ernie Rumpel. Grandchildren: Brent (Bev), Darren (Shawna), Chad (Nancy), and Kris Rumpel; Clayton, Sheri (Ryan), and Laura Koshman; Micheal (Jill) and Kristie Hill; Miranda and Knevin Koshman; Thera (Matt Nordal), Jarrod and Jenna Schaffer. Great-grandchildren Benjamin, Bryden, Kennedy, Noah, Olivia, Keyan, Lilia, Laurel, Brooke, Abigail, Declan, Emmett, Hudson, Kadi, Ashton, and Oliver. Mom lived life to the fullest with her greatest passions being her family and cooking. Mom’s bread, perogies and dog bones were well known by everyone. The family would like to thank the staff at Parkside (North Wing) for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, friends so wishing may make donations to Parkside Extendicare. Prayers will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Sobor) Descent of The Holy Spirit, 1305 - 12th Avenue, Regina, SK. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Sobor) Descent of The Holy Spirit.
