It is with a deep sadness that we announce the passing of our Sister, Friend, Mother, Grandmother and Aunty Lois at the Age of 81 years old.

She passed peacefully in her sleep with a book light and reading glasses on and a book in her lap.

Lois had started her career in Nursing school at Misericordia University in Ontario. She then was an RN at Deer Lodge center in Winnipeg, Manitoba. When she retired, she decided to become a successful Real Estate Agent. She then decided she would rather help people more personally and entered into home care where she helped many families. Lois also received an award for emergency Foster Parenting and received global awards for Toastmasters.

Lois loved reading and making happy memories whenever she could. Her laugh was undeniable. Her love of books and really great second-hand store finds always made her smile.  She loved her friends and family fiercely. Her electric personality and her will to live showed how strong she was. She lived long past what her Doctors told her, and they even considered her a Miracle Lady.

Rest easy now Mom.

You are at peace. You will be lovingly thought of and Missed every day.

I know you are smiling down on us and sit under a cherry tree with your animals and you are finally home.

Love always,

Your family
