Sheldon Robert Kapeller

Sheldon Robert Kapeller of Arborfield, Saskatchewan passed away at the Foothills Hospital, Tom Baker Cancer Centre, in Calgary, AB on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 53 years of age after a courageous battle with Leukemia. Sheldon is lovingly remembered by his wife, Delree of 12 years; mother Joan Ora Kapeller, children, Karmen Kapeller (Shaun), Kristina Kapeller (Courtney), Justin Kapeller (Chantel), Jennifer Kapeller (Travis); his grandchildren, Kennedy, Summer, Karlie, Karyssa, and Kayden; sisters, Charlene (David), Crystal (Thomas); brother, Christopher (Tamara); as well asnumerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Sheldon was predeceased by his father, Alfred Robert Kapeller of Arborfield. He will be missed and so fondly remembered by all of those who knew and loved him. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, 2020 – 10 St. NW, Calgary, AB T2M 3M2. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Arborfield Hall in Arborfield, SK.

My deepest condolences to the Kapeller family as I just called for him today and was shocked to hear of his passing. I unfortunately lost touch with Sheldon 3 years ago however, I used to work for him on various projects in Fort McMurray and Calgary. He treated me with the highest level of respect as I was his safety specialist and became dear friends. "We were supposed to play a game of golf. Hope you're enjoying your golf games up there in Heaven, Sheldon "
