John Alexopoulos

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of John Alexopoulos.  Loving husband to Grace (Bailey) Alexopoulos (Regina - deceased), brother to Helen (Alexopoulos) Czmorek (Regina - deceased) and Niki (Alexopoulos) Galloni (Athens, Greece - deceased). 

John is survived by close family nephews Steven Czmorek (Uxbridge, Ontario) and Paul Czmorek (Naples, Florida) and their children and grandchildren.  John immigrated from Athens, Greece in the late 1950’s and spent several years in the hospitality industry in Regina and later with SGI until retirement.  John spent countless hours with his nephews as they were growing up and into adulthood.  Years of fond memories lasting forever.  John will be missed dearly. 

A service will take place at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at the Descent of the Holy Spirit Ukrainian Orthodox Sobor (1305 12th Ave, Regina, SK), followed by a Graveside service at Riverside Memorial Park, Regina, SK.
