Joan Helen Lewis

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joan Helen Lewis, 89 on February 9, 2026.

Predeaced by her loving husband, Denny. Joan was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

She found joy in volunteering and organizing the white elephant table at the Aldergrove Veterans & Seniors Society, where she was a proud member for over 27 years.

Besides knitting, crocheting and card bingo, Joan used to love riding in the sidecar of Denny’s motorcycle and remained connected to that community by faithfully volunteering at the monthly Harley Owners Group, in Langley B.C.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

In leu of flowers donations, in memory of Joan, can be made to Aldergrove Veterans & Seniors Society via E-transfer to avass@telus.net helping to fund their much-needed roof repairs and ensuring the community she loved continues to thrive.
