Dorothy Emilie Jager (nee Woods)

Dorothy peacefully passed away with family at her side on February 7, 2013. Dorothy is survived by her 7 children, Rick (Marianne), Randy (Julie), Ron (Lori), Rod (Donna),  Rob (Christa), Denise (Wayne) and Dolores (Elmer), as well as 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her brother, Rick Woods, and sister, Ginny Westhaver. Dorothy was a loving, caring mother/grandmother. She enjoyed animals. Mom loved being around family and friends and possessed a great sense of humor and wit. She will be greatly missed.  A Funeral Service will be held at Holy Name Catholic Church, 2223 – 34 Street SW, Calgary, Alberta on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Father Bob Dielissen Celebrant. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Suite 100 – 119, 14 Street NW, Calgary, AB, T2N 1Z6.
