Margaret May Iverson

Margaret May Iverson passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from heart disease at the age of 80 years. She is survived by her children Bruce (Sharon) Iverson, Andrew (Lorraine) Iverson, Jennifer (Wes) Krieger, and Tanyss Iverson. Margaret's memory will be cherished by her 11 grandchildren Krista Iverson, Levi (Bonnie) Iverson, Ben Iverson, Jonathan (Amanda) Iverson, Katherine (Arlan Spearing) Iverson, Miriam Iverson, Jeremy Krieger, Rachel Krieger, Kalen Parker, Tosh Parker, Odin Parker; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Harold Iverson (2009); parents Alexander Oag (1965) and Mary Oag (1994); sister Norma Halvorson (2000); brother William J. Oag (2002). Marg was born in Slough, England on March 21, 1939 and immigrated to Canada after World War II. She served with the Canadian Armed Forces and later worked for the Commissionaires. She married Harold Iverson of Holdfast, Saskatchewan where they made their home and raised a family until moving to Regina in 1985. Marg enjoyed gardening, bird watching and being surrounded by nature. She loved the Lord her God and touched people's lives with her faith. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
