Howard Stilborn

Howard Stilborn, aged 71, passed away on February 17, 2026 in Regina. Born on September 19, 1954 in Moosomin, he was the son of Herbert Guy and Dorothy Stilborn. Howard was a devoted husband to Joanne Stilborn, a loving stepfather and Opa.

Howard will be remembered for his kindness, patience, strength and generosity. He cherished the motorbike trips he shared with the love of his life, Joanne. A skilled plumber, gasfitter and true jack of all trades. He was respected for his dedication to his trade and unwavering honesty.

He is survived by his loving wife, Joanne Stilborn; his stepchildren and grandchildren, Steffen (Justyna-Elayna, Thomas and Kyra), Kristine (Matthew) and Jessica (Steven-Adrian and Emilie). He is also survived by his siblings, Rita (Karl), Helen (Lloyd), Stuart (Debbie), Ross (Dianne) and David (Angie). As well as many nieces and nephews.

His family is planning a private celebration of life.

For example:- making sure a taller toilet replaced a very low one before hip surgery- patiently explaining the airflow from one room to another and how the thermostat workedHoward was very responsive to the needs of people living at College Gardens.
