HOLLINGER, Matthew William

Chosen son of Garth and Patricia Hollinger (Johnston), passed away February 8, 2015 at the age of 30 after a brave battle with cancer at the Didsbury Hospital. He was surrounded by his loving family. Matthew is survived by his wife, Jay Jay Hollinger; his children, Draden and Chassidy Hollinger; mother and father, Pat and Garth Hollinger; sisters, Tammy (Brian) Mahoney, Tara Hollinger (Curtis); nieces, Taylor and Kiara Young; grandmother, Ruth Johnston; mother-in-law, Gwen Bell (Darren); as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and loved ones.

A Celebration of Matthew’s Life will be held at the Zion Evangelical Missionary Church in Didsbury, AB on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 1:00 pm.

Can't describe the feeling in our hearts, Matt you were our best friend, we watched you struggle through the hard times and enjoy the fun times, Even though we moved away, we still thought of you each and every day. Now you are gone, hopefully in a better place, you will be missed, our prayers go out and into the hearts of your loving family and wife. Matt will always be watching down on his kids and wife.
