HINDLE, John (Jack)

John passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at the Foothills Hospital at the age of 93 years. John will be lovingly missed by his family; daughter, Betty (Allan) Vainio; son, Brian (Gina) Hindle; grandchildren, Matt (Laurel) Hindle, Ben (Lisa) Hindle, Bob (Sarah) Barrette, Lisa (Don) Page; 11 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. John was predeceased by his loving wife, Agnes, brothers and sisters. A Memorial Service will be held at Foothills Alliance Church, 333 Edgepark Boulevard NW, Calgary, AB on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s memory may be made to the Salvation Army, 420 – 9th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 0R9.

I was shocked to hear of dear Jack's passing. Jack and your Mom, Agnes where very dear to me during and after my ministry here in Westlock. Agnes always made me smile and Jack was such a fine supporter of the church. I am happy he was with family at the end. Please accept my condolences for the loss of your Father, a very fine man. So sorry to hear of your dads passing, we were neighbors for a long time in Westlock. Your father was a wonderful man who had a great sense of humor. Your mom and dad were wonderful neighbors. They both always put a smile on our faces.
