Elison Kincaid Haswell

Haswell, Elison Kincaid (nee Cunningham) - November 13, 1946 - Irvine, Scotland - January 12, 2014 - Airdrie, Alberta. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Elison Haswell, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and dear friend. Elison is survived by her husband James (Scottie), her sons Jamie and Scott and his wife Monika, and her granddaughter Philippa. Elison had a zest for life and quite a way with children. Her greatest joy was her granddaughter, whom she referred to as Nana's Diamond. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Elison's name to the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, c/o Alberta Cancer Foundation, 1331 – 29th Street Calgary, AB T2N 4N2.

To the Haswell family: I was so sorry to hear of Elison's death. I worked with her on the ramp when I first started at Canadian Airlines and she was always kind and patient with me. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this most difficult time.

Scotty and Family. Luis and I are so very sorry to hear the passing of Elison. I have found memories of her bight smile and welcoming nature. Spending Christmas Eve at your house with many laughs. She was a lovely woman and I was lucky to have met her. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.
