Rosemary Cecilia Hancock

Rosemary Hancock, age 77, passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, October 21, 2013 while in the Didsbury Hospital. Rosemary is lovingly remembered by her family, husband, Gordon of 58 years; children, Lillian (John), Al, Kathy (Alain), Kenny (Patricia), Deborah (Dan); 13 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren. Rosemary was predeceased by 1 son, Derek, and 1 granddaughter, Melanie. A Celebration of Rosemary Hancock’s Life was held at Knox United Church, 1406 – 9 Ave., Didsbury, AB on Friday, October 25, 2013 at 2:00 pm.

To the Hancock family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Rosemary was an incredible woman with a beautiful soul. I grew very close to her while looking after her and am terribly saddened by her loss. The world was a much greater place for her having been in it. I know she is at peace, and am happy that she made it home to her family. I will never forget her.
