Gordon Regar

It is with sadness that we mourn the passing of Gordon (Ru) Regar who died peacefully after a long history of multiple health issues. 

He leaves behind his wife Colleen; and daughters Tammy (son-in-law Glenn, grandsons Luke and Andrew) and Tanya (son-in-law Mike, granddaughters Nicole, Sarah, Michael and their families), as well as extended family members and many friends. 

Gordon was a warm and congenial man who was born in Altadena, California and immigrated to Canada in 1972, gaining Canadian citizenship in 1977.  Beginning in early childhood he liked to know how things worked.  He had a successful career as an IT consultant with a passion for computers that continued into his retirement. 

Gordon opted for a green burial at Heritage Gardens, 19082 16th Avenue in Surrey,  and would welcome visitors.  He’s buried at the back of the property near the trees and to the left.
