It is with great sadness that we have to tell of Therese's passing on Saturday, October 29, 2011 in Red Deer, Alberta at the age of 82. She will be dearly missed by her children Paul, Jane, Joan, Dale and Bill. She will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters Doreen Bronson of Edmonton, Alberta and Corae Whachell of British Columbia and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Due to her wishes there will be no funeral, but if you so desire condolences may be forwarded to the family and immortalized forever.

Dear Mom Thank you for everything you did for me in your role as a Mother. You kept me, protected me, made clothes for me, fed me and, in general, just gave to me as a Mother would. For all that, I am grateful. Your life was not an easy one, but being an amazing force of nature, you were able to withstand many challenges that came your way. Now you don't have to withstand any. The battles are over and so is your suffering. Now you can rest. As much as I have been told and understand it, I still find it hard to believe that you are no longer here. You once were such an integral part of my life. I will never forget the unique strength of your character which was considerable. Rest in Peace Mom. Paul. ~ Paul DeMaire
