It is with sadness that we announce that Ronald passed away peacefully on August 29th, 2014 at the age of 74 years.  He was predeceased by his parents William and Julia Gessner and sister Sylvia.  Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Karen and children Daryle (Sandy), Sharon (Derrick), and Brent (Tammy), as well as eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Ron's memory will also be cherished by his sister Serena. He will be missed by his many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, and nieces.  While we are overcome with sadness, we are truly grateful for having him in our lives. We will keep him in our hearts always and forever.  At Ronald's request, there will be no service.  Donations, in memory of Ron, may be made to The Kidney Foundation of Canada, Saskatchewan Branch, 1 - 2217 Hanselman Court, Saskatoon, SK S7L 6A8.
