So sorry to hear of Wendell's passing. It was a long haul over the past number of months. I just thought of him this morning on my way to work and then got the newspaper today to see that he is now with the LORD!!! Thinking of you and praying for you as you grieve his loss. Roger and Loreen, seeing you yesterday created such a bright spot in my day, but I did wonder why the whole family was here on a school day. Now I understand, and we give you our sincere sympathy on loosing your Daddy, Loreen. This will leave such a big hole in your life and I know you will miss him terribly. Our only comfort is in knowing where he is right now, and that is such a precious thought. Thank you Loreen for stopping me yesterday, and I loved seeing your four beautiful kids! Roger, we have some great memories of our group travels, don't we? As I drove home I recalled the "big" one when God saved you from a terrible fall. Have you told your family that story? We have told it many times. The Angels were definitely watching over you that day, weren't they? I was so impressed with what a sweet looking pair you both are together - Loreen, you are beautiful and have such a sweet gentle look; while Roger, you have become a handsome young man! So again, many thanks for the lovely surprise visit, and our prayers will be with you today as you say Goodbye to your Daddy. May our Heavenly Father give you strength for the day.
