It is with great sadness we announce that Justina (Jessie) Friesen nee Zacharias went to be with her Saviour December 9, 2013 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 79. Predeceased by her parents, 5 brothers, 1 sister, and her first husband Abe. Survived by her second husband Andrew Friesen; her children Teresa (Barry) Mammel; Conrad (Theresa) Zacharias; David (Leah) Zacharias; and Joline (John); Cheyne 15 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren and another expected. A Celebration of her Life will be Saturday December 14, 2013 at 11:30 AM at Rock Pointe Church 12 Bowridge Dr. N.W. in Calgary.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to; Compassion Canada, Samaritan’s Purse, or Rock Pointe Church.

Messages of Condolence
I lived across the street from the Zacharias family in Marlborough. Jesse was so lovely, my family wasn’t religious but Jesse took me to church with her family and this enabled me to accept Christ, which ultimately changed the course of my life. So thank you Jesse, you made a difference to me, and hello to her children, and sorry if I was not very nice way back then. I was going through some stuff. ~ Gail
