“Today we say goodbye to you, not because we want to but because you left us no choice; and not enough time to mend what was broken! 

A happy and beautiful child with a smile that would light up a room to a curious and sometimes mischievous teenager to a troubled soul whom we loved no matter what… 

You are at peace now and in that we take some comfort for your short time here on Earth. Love sees no end in the end but only unanswered questions, regrets, memories, waves of heartache, laughter, and a space that once occupied our hearts and forever will be void. 

Junior, your heart was so big, your opinions strong, your laugh contagious, your smile bright, and no matter what the circumstances just know you were loved but above all a child of God. Let your troubles go now and take his hand into a light that sees no pain, no judgement, no tears, no hunger, no cold, and will forever embrace you now with loving arms! 

There’s an old saying “you never know what you had until it’s gone “ but we knew deep down what you were to us…OUR Son, OUR Brother, OUR Father, OUR Uncle, and friend. 

I know someday we will meet again, not tomorrow, not next week, but one day your eyes will find mine and all will be forgotten. We love you no matter what you thought and never gave up on the hope that someday you could rejoin our lives here on Earth. So until we meet again, peace and love Jr…”
