Frances Elva Dorothy Phillips

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Frances on Saturday, September 20, 2025 in Regina, Saskatchewan, at the age of 91.

Frances is predeceased by her husband Harold in 2010. Her parents Francis & Bea Cole of Indian Head, Mother and Father-in-law Sydney & Rosa Phillips of Lipton, sister Betty (Buzz) Comstock, and Allan Cole of Indian Head. Frances leaves to mourn her four sons Robert, Wayne (Bridget), Garth (Debbie), and Michael; grandchildren Amanda, Sheldon, Connor, Quinton, Travis, Trinity, and five great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law Elaine Cole, Eleanor Phillips, and sister Earlene (Ken) Haus, and several nieces and nephews.

Frances was born and raised in Indian Head where she met Harold, and they married in 1954. After having Robert, Wayne and Garth, they all moved to the farm, just North of Lipton.

A Graveside service will take place at 2:00 pm at the Lipton Cemetery, on Friday, September 26, 2025, with Anthony Kelly officiating.

Pallbearers: Amanda, Sheldon, Quinton, Connor, Trinity and Travis.

Sincerest Condolences to all. I have the fondest memories of Frances as a young girl. She defined family values. Will be thinking of you all in the days to come.

Just heard today of Frances' passing. She was a faithful attendee at the worship services at Qu'Appelle House. We will miss her dearly. She was so proud of the CD made in Indian Head and we had used some of the songs from it.Prayers and blessings to the family +
