Irene Gladys Fox

Irene was born July 15, 1929 to Helga and Percy Farrell, second  youngest of seven children. Irene attended York School, east of Carstairs.  In 1950 she married Donald Fox.  They had two sons, Warren and Daryl.  Irene grew up on,and lived her entire life on the farm,  except for the first couple of years of marriage and the final few years of her life.  Irene was predeceased by her husband Don in 2011 after 60 years of marriage.  Surviving Irene are her sons, Warren (Chris), Daryl (Lynn);  five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.  A Funeral Service will be held at the Church of God, 10th Ave. and  Gray St., Carstairs, Alberta on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at 2:00 pm.
