Gerald Fidler

Gerald passed away peacefully at the Innisfail Hospital on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the age of 74 years.  He will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Viola Fidler;  two daughters: Debbie  (Gordon) Ferguson and their children Ashley and Shane; and Cheryl (Bill) Cumming; four sons: Bruce (Marlon West) and his children Arlyse, Sarah, Nicole, Chantelle, Tyler and Colin; Darrell (Judy Povey) and his children Natasha, Nyckolus and Giovanna; Blake and his children Shaylee and Kelcy; and Brad (Theresa Haffner) and his daughter Brandi, as well as numerous extended family and many friends.  Gerald is predeceased by his parents and one sister.  Memorial donations in Gerald’s memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, #6, 5015 – 48th Street, Red Deer, AB  T4N 1S9.  A Celebration of Gerald’s life will be held at 12:00 pm (noon) on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the residence of Gerald’s daughter Debbie,  east and south of Innisfail.
