Margaret “Rita” Faulkenham passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 21, 2011. She is survived by her loving husband Frank; 3 children Rhonda (Steve), Stewart and Robin (Wendy); 2 sisters Chrissy and May; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She will be lovingly remembered by all that were touched by her. A Celebration of her Life will be held at her home (88 Bermuda Road NW) on Friday, August 26, 2011 from 2:00 – 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Rita’s memory to the Calgary Humane Society, 4455 – 110 Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta T2C 2T7 or www.calgaryhumane.ca.

Condolence to Frank and Family on the passing of my cousin Rita's sudden passing. I will always remember her for her welcoming cup of tea and chat we would have on my trips passing through Calgary. Grandma, I hope you are doing well wherever you may be. I cannot believe its already been a year without you around and there hasn't been a day where i haven't thought of you. Mom, it’s incredibly 7 years now, the world just isn’t the same without you here. Dad misses you. As do Stewart and Robin and I. Oh mom, you would just love Summer and Finley and Dax. Family dinners just aren’t the same anymore. Sure miss those late nite calls...what I wouldn’t do to hear your voice again. Hope you are having a good time up there. I’m sure you are.
