EWEN, Evelyn Mae
Evelyn Mae Ewen passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Claresholm General Hospital at the age of 92 years. She was born in Claresholm on December 8, 1921 to Hope & Betty Oliver. Evelyn is lovingly remembered by daughters, Lorraine (Garry) Pedersen and family, Sharon (Phil) Rodgers and family; stepchildren, Lynda Flynn, Laurie Ewen, Peggy Fenton, Glenn Ewen and their families; sister, Irma MacDonald; sister-in-law, Evelyn Oliver and their families. Evelyn was predeceased by her first husband, Gordon Watt in 1962; and by her second husband, Gordon Ewen in 2013; her brother, David Oliver in 2010; and great grandson, Owen Pederson in 2014. Evelyn enjoyed her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. At Evelyn’s request, no service will be held but those wishing to celebrate her memory may do so by having a great game of cards with someone they love.
