Ellen May Deneve

We're so sad to hear this , we remember the times we visited with George  and Ellen , the board games and card games and family gatherings . Our condolences to the family , she was such a nice person and will be missed ❤️

Dear George,We are so grateful and blessed for the years of friendship that we shared with you and Ellen. I have many memories from our days together, especially at the St. Joseph’s community in Balgonie. But one of my favourite memories of you both was when our 2 oldest boys were stranded at Greenall during a winter storm. I called Ellen and asked if they could walk to your house, stay there for the night, and if you could just give them a soup and sandwich for supper. Ellen said sure! These were the days before every kid had a cell phone. So when they made it home the next day, I asked my boys how it went. Great! “Mr. Deneve picked us up at Greenall and Mrs. Deneve made the best roast beef supper with all the trimmings! We had a great night!” I think the boys were praying for more winter storms after that. We are so sorry for your loss, George and family. May Ellen rest in peace, in the arms of her Saviour Jesus Christ.
