Joyce Dawson

It is with profound sadness that we announce that Joyce WInch Dawson, beloved wife of the late Walter, lost her brave fight with cancer on October 31, 2016. She is survived by her daughter Carol (Pete), of Courtenay, B.C., her sons Larry (MaryJo) of Port Hope, ON and Brian (Corrine) of Langley, BC. Will be sadly missed by grandchildren, Corey, LaReina, Isaiah, Isabella and Luke, her sisters Grace and Florence and her many nieces and nephews.

A special thanks to Dr. Cilliers, the staff and volunteers at Langley Hospice for the loving care of our mother and the support to the family. A service to be held Friday, November 4th at Riverside Calvary Chapel. Reception to follow.

Wishing to send our sincere condolences to Brian and the rest of Joyce's family at this sad time. Scott and I remember her and Walter well as neighbours down the road,here in Rossland.She and Walter were kind and welcoming when we arrived to town. Joyce helped look after our boys Their friendly cheerful energetic ways was appreciated by us back then.They seemed happy together sharing life as a team.
