Daniel Chila

Daniel Chila went to be with his Lord and Saviour on November 9, 2015. He was born in Victoria, B.C. to Joe and Alice Chila. Predeceased by his brother David. Survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Bev and his sons Steve (Maryanne), Ken (Laurel), Don (Linda), 5 precious grandchildren Brad, Alex, Rachel, (Greg), Sarah and Adam, sisters Rosa (Willem), Agnes (George), Brother Joe (Elsie), Sister-in-law Gerry (Gary), many nieces and nephews and many, many friends.

Services of remembrance at Johnston Heights Church, 9612 152 St. Surrey, BC on Tuesday, November 17th at 12:00 noon, tea to follow.

Auntie Bev and family I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle Dan. He was a great man, husband and father and will be missed very much. I will always remember the look in his eyes when I gave him the ceramic Christmas tree I made. He loved Christmas. I am down south for the winter, so I won't be able to make the service. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs to you all.
