Messages of Condolence

So sorry to hear of the loss of Ol' Coon. He will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him, all those long cold nights standing at the controls of the red and white he always had a smile on. Rest in Peace Buddy ~ Barry Shepherd

I hope Glenn's family can find comfort in knowing he touched many people and will be fondly remembered by all. He was a good friend with a warm smile. Cal Carratt & Bernice Desfosses ~ Cal Carratt

Please accept my condolences on Glenn's passing. I worked with Glenn at Nowsco in Brooks and had a great time working with Glenn there. After Brooks we went out different paths and unfortunately never had the opportunity to cross paths again but even after all these years it is still with a shock and sadness to find out about Glenn's death at such a young age. ~ Shan Currie

First met Glen in Peace River. Glenn always had a smile and happy. I remember standing at the controls of big R&W with him smiling up at me from the around the tub. It is a small Oil Patch, Glenn knew many people, many will fondly remember him. Glenn had a lot to do with getting peoples careers started in the patch . Thanks Glenn, Rest In Peace. ~ Darwin Bilida

"Coon" as all friends in the patch knew Glenn by, will be missed. First met Glenn when I hired on in Peace River. He was always happy and had a smile on. Remember his smiling up at me from the tub area,in a cold dark winter night cement job. The patch is small, and many people knew "Coon" and he was friends with many .Glenn was instrumental in starting many careers in the patch. Thanks Glenn! Rest in peace. ~ Darwin Bilida

Sorry to hear of your loss. I grew up southwest of Acadia Valley Ab and remember all the Cherniak kids. We all rode the bus to school for awhile. I spent most of one summer riding my bicycle from our farm to their farm on Saturdays to hang out with all of them. Had a lot of fun with all in our younger days. Rest in Peace. Richard Brunner, Granum Alberta, Canada ~ RICK BRUNNER
