May 28, 1957 - August 20, 2022

Patty Ann passed away suddenly, predeceased by her mother Betty, father Lyndy, and brother Robert. She leaves behind to mourn sister Joan (Steve) Surinak and many family and friends. Patty Ann will be missed by all who loved her.

Funeral Mass will be held on September 8, 2022 at 11am.
