James Louis Chaisson

With heavy hearts we have to announce the death of James Louis Chaisson, husband, father, and grandfather. Jim was born March 25, 1932, in Edgerly, Louisiana and passed on December 11, 2022. Grew up there enjoying his family and relatives. He joined the American Navy at 19 and served his 4 years. The Korean War was on, and he saw many hardships. He will be missed by his wife Helen of 60 years, daughter Janis (Graham), son Grant and grandchildren Riley and Chloe. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, and woodworking. He will always be remembered and loved rest in peace.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held in the new year.
