Bob passed away peacefully (at the age of 63) at the Didsbury Hospital surrounded by loved ones.

Bob will be lovingly remembered by his loving wife of 37 years Deb; his sons Jarrod (Michelle), Brad (Kiko) and daughter Lisa (Justin); all of his grandchildren Mikaela, Lee-anne, Kira, Alex, Haley and Beau; his sisters Nedra and Lois as well as several nieces and nephews.

Bob was predeceased by his mother Hazel and his sister Noreen.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Airdrie United Church on Saturday, February 18, 2012.

A very special thanks to the staff of the Didsbury Hospital and units 2 and 4 for their care and compassion towards Bob and his family.

Messages of Condolence

Our sincere condolences to you all. Yvonne and myself met Bob in1968 along with a few other friends in the old neighborhood in Calgary. We have many good memories from that era, but as we all grew and changed, we also drifted apart. Occasionally we would here some news or tid bit of information about one of the old gang and we would reflect on the past. I can honestly say that Bob was one of the real fun guys and we always enjoyed ourselves. We all have our own families now and different friends but even though we didn't stay in touch our old friends were never forgotten. We pray for Bob's family and hope this brings you closer together to mourn his loss. May the peace of God settle gently on your hearts.
