Dear Phyllis & Scott & Malia- My condolences and sympathy go out to you. I remember the times that you came out to my parents place and visited and Scott how you were told to clear the table after a meal. There was no slouching on your part, and I remember one of your parents saying that you did it with less prompting there than you did at home. Ha! My heart does go out to you Scott as I remember what I went through when my dad died at the young age of 60. And to you Phyllis - God's Blessings be upon you. Charlotte ~ Charlotte A. Martynuik

My parent's emailed me this today. Made me remember some good times on Dale Cres. When we were young I thought Gord was a real cool dad. He built Scott that amazing clubhouse!!! I can always picture the boat you had in the yard and hearing about Scott using watermelon seeds to catch Jack on one of your trips. He always let Scott and I build our forts and run our little projects we always thought were so incredibly important. Take care and best of luck. ~ Derrick Statt

God created a precious butterfly Thursday morning. One whose vibrant colors were painted through a profound ability to deeply love all who entrusted him with their hearts. One whose beautiful patterns were drawn through his incredible acts of compassion and humanity. One whose accumulated wisdom allowed his wings to gently nurture the lives of so many along a lifelong journey. For every soul who was and who will continue to be blessed by the rare glimpses of his courageous spirit, please take a moment to pause and listen...it is then when Gord's whispers to your heart will continue to be heard. ~ Nicolle Lavertu
