Charisse Butler

 With great sadness we announce the passing of our dear sister Charisse Butler, late of Regina, SK. Charisse passed away on May 1, 2022 at home after a brief illness.

 Charisse was predeceased by her parents Edith Butler and Webb Butler, sister Charmaine and brother Phil. Left to mourn Charisse’s passing are her siblings Maurice (Kara), Tracey (Boyd), Tammy (Kelly), Wilbert, Laurie (Russ), Melanie (Don), Mike and Dallas; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

 Charisse was born in Toronto, ON in 1954 but spent most of her life in Regina. She worked in the customer service field for her entire career and was truly exceptional at it. She loved family gatherings and enjoyed reading and drinking coffee. Charisse will be missed tremendously by her family and anyone who knew her. She loved the Mercury Cafe and a special thank you goes out from us to the staff there that treated Charisse with such kindness. Also, we recognize the caring for Charisse that was demonstrated by her fellow condo neighbours. We thank you for the time spent in helping Charisse recently with her day-to-day needs.

 If you knew Charisse we ask that you read a book in her honour, she loved to read. As well the next time you have a coffee throw in an extra spoonful of sugar and think of her, she loved her sweet coffee.

 Private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined. Family and friends so wishing may make memorial donations to a charity of their choice.
