Margaret Grace Burns

Margaret “Marge” Burns longtime resident of the Stavely area passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at the Rockyview Hospital in Calgary at the age of 69 years. 

Marge is lovingly remembered by her family; husband Austin of 50 years; children Cris (Alana), Bradly (Joanne); 5 grandchildren, Sveina, Signy, Soley, Gavin and Sean; 1 brother Jim (Elaine); 1 sister Lorna and numerous nieces, nephews and family members. 

Marge will be remembered as a lady that always was available to help from being a Scout Cub Leader, great golfer, Assistant Post Mistress and everyone’s “friend”!  Where you could always stop at the house for coffee and advice – no charge. 

At Marge’s request no Funeral Service will be held. 

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Claresholm and District Community Health Foundation, Box 2638, Claresholm, Alberta T0L 0T0.
