Messages of Condolence

I wish to convey my condolences to the Blattler family on the passing of your mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. I have very fond memories of Aunt Tillie, in particular her willing to help others no matter how busy she was in her own personal life, always wearing a smile on her face. Many times she would say to me, Yes, I will watch the children, that's what I'm here for, to help and she would whisk the children into her home. I remember the many lovely meals we enjoyed as a family at her home. She made the best cabbage rolls. To me Aunt Tillie had a spiritual connection with God and displayed this in her daily life with a caring and kindness to others. I'm very sorry that I was unable to attend the funeral celebration for Aunt Tillie. ~ Marge Fischer

Ernie - I was saddened to read in the Leader Post about your mother's passing. Both our mothers lived very long lives - I think we were truly blessed to have had them with us so long. I extend condolences to you and your family. Loretta ~ Loretta Eberts
